'You'll be amazed what you will find behind the chemist door at Jeyes on The Square in Earls Barton. David and Georgina Jeyes established their traditional local pharmacy over 25 years ago. Family roots go back to Philadelphus Jeyes in The Drapery, Northampton and the well-known Jeyes Fluid, invented by John Jeyes in 1810 but still used worldwide today. Together they have built a treasure trove of varied shops all under one roof. The Keepsake Gift Shop in the old Nat West Bank, The Dolly Lodge, a unique and fascinating dolls house shop, with The Dolly Lodge Den for children. The Dolls and Teddy Kingdom is special too. Enjoy refreshments in the friendly Apothocoffee Shop with the Walled Garden open on warm, summer days. There are even books for the whole family and local interest books too. Earls Barton's Museum of Village Life with free entry is a fascinating insight into Victorian life, and a display of Jeyes Pharmacy Memorabilia.
Pay a visit soon, you will receive a warm welcome. Open: Monday - Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Free parking.'
