After kidnapping the President of the United States during a party at Mount Vernon, Ben is told the information he seeks is at the Library of Congress.

A few scenes later, he meets Abigail and Riley on the library steps. Abigail tells Ben they need to get to a private room. Inside is the "President's Book," something Agent Sadusky describes as "a collection of documents for President's eyes only. The truth behind the JFK conspiracy. The missing minutes from the Watergate tapes. And of course, Area 51."

It takes some time to find it, but eventually the trio finds the very special book. The scenes were filmed on location.
