Located on the Kiner Hollow trail from Laurel Run Park in Church Hill into Bays Mountain Park in Kingsport, TN. While the falls is on Laurel Run creek, it is more likely known as Lower Kiner Hollow Falls. I have a Geocache GCJCX9 "The Falls in Kiner Hollow" near this location. The trail requires two creek crossing, which can be rushing just after heavy rain. Best time for this falls is spring when the water flow is best.
