Just drive through the property and spy this or any of the unusual speed limit signs posted, but just why is 17 MPH considered safer than 18 MPH?

Last night I took my wife on a date to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center complex, (
visit link) Located on the shores of Lake Grapevine, just north of the DFW airport this monstrosity is a must see. The only draw back for local visitors and gaukers is the place is quit pricey. Parking is nine bucks, but will be validated if you dine in one of the properties modest yet very pricey eateries. The lower end of the dining establishments started at $28.00 a head for the buffet. But, no need to fear, this Waymark may be captured with out even parking if you are cheap, like me. Just drive through the property and spy this or any of the unusual speed limit signs posted, but just why is 17 MPH considered safer than 18 MPH?
