Description (1935): 12.3 MI NE FROM LIMESTONE. 12.3 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG COUNTY HIGHWAYS 504 AND 500 FROM THE POST OFFICE AT LIMESTONE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, AT A ROAD JUNCTION, 21 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY, 36 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE ROAD, 3 FEET NORTH OF POLE 110, AND 4 INCHES HIGHER THAN THE HIGHWAY. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED H 108 1935 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.

The pole has been replaced with another now to its north.
