A simple plaque on a stone in front of the Cupertino fire department of Stevens Creek Blvd. The memoiral consists of a bronze plaque on a small rock (about 7 inches in height) Behind the rock are 3 small tress that represent the living memorial. They're still not fully grown, but they're getting there.
