This night club made headlines more than once for its crowded parking lots filled with teenagers, shootings and the police being called out on numerous occasions.
The reason it finally closed....unpaid sales tax. The owner owed $110,408.88 through July 31 plus interest at the rate of $23.24 per day. First his Certificate of Registration was revoked then he was barred from operating a business anywhere in the state that requires the collection of taxes. Shortly after that he sold the place.
It is unclear what will happen with the property.
