I was in the Saint Louis area for business and decided to make a quick run into Illinois. I decided to go for this disk given its adjusted coordinates, recent monumentation, and ease of access from the interstate. The PID for this disk is DE9205. It was monumented in 1999, thus it is not logable on the Geocaching website. Below is the description from the NGS datasheet:
