In the northeast corner of the South Common for Mansfield, Massachusetts, a survey disk has been placed, embossed with the words, "Town of Mansfield - Geodetic" along the edge of the disk, and "204" embossed in the center. The disk is located at the intersection of South Main and West Street and is mounted flush with the ground, approximately 12 inches from the edge of the sidewalk along West Street, and 9 inches from a sidewalk that runs diagonally through the common.
