This looks to be pretty "skinny" water. I have never launched from here. I am guessing nothing much bigger than a John boat of medium sized bass boats. There is limited head room under the railroad and road bridges out to the Potomac River.
The lower ramp is daylight hours only so I am guessing the same for this one.
