Louis A. Cella along with this brother Charles owned and operated several horse racing tracks in St. Louis and elsewhere including the no longer existent Fairgrounds Racetrack on Grand and the Delmar Racetrack in University City. They also founded the Oaklawn Racetrack in Arkansas, which is still operating and the Cella family continues to be involved in.
