This viewpoint is from the east end of the parking lots at Ontario Place. You can park in the nearby Coronation Park, on Rememberance Drive, and walk over, or sometimes the Ontario Place lots are open after hours.
In the summer, there is a marina in the view and the water can get packed with sailboats. The ultimate time to visit here would be in the last two weeks of August, as the CNE Midway will be in full operation across the street, offering even more lights and excitement to photograph from this spot.
Please be careful near the water - it is quite deep and don't get too close to it during stormy weather.
