My wife and I discovered this 'Pie in the Sky' whilst on a trip to the 'in-laws'. After talking to the owner we discovered that he was the original owner the 'Pie in the Sky' at Cowan (see WM5D1H), but had sold up in 1998 and moved to the Blue Mountains. As with the original 'Pie in the Sky' at Cowan, the Ulysses bike club is now affiliated with this bakery/cafe.
The pies were as good as the original, the only down side is that he only makes 'Steak Pies' and no other flavours. Still worth the $4.70 each though.
