This benchmark is located along Rd. 370, about 4.2 miles north of the Cascade Lakes Highway. The cap is set in an outcrop about 20 feet west of the road centerline. The cap was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1942 and was marked E359.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1942 26.0 MI S FROM SISTERS. ALONG THE ELK LAKE ROAD, 4.2 MILES NORTH OF CENTURY DRIVE, AT THE EDGE OF A SMALL MEADOW, AND 22 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD.
