QD1273 - USCGS Z358, Oregon - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This benchmark is located along an abandoned section of the old Century Drive, about 0.65 miles west of the road to Todd Lake. The cap is set in a large boulder, about 100 feet north of the current highway and on the north edge of the old road. The cap was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1942 and was marked Z358. The present Cascade Lakes Highway replaced the old Century Drive in about 1965.
