This mark is dated 1981. There is stamping in a block which may be an agency unit number "16.60 O/S". I originally assumed that was an elevation figure (which it could be) but the nearby benchmark on the same concrete wall has an elevation listed as 15.016.
To find this mark follow the directions for PID HT0012:
"AT THE T JUNCTION OF ALAMEDA AND FRUITVALE AVENUES, AT A STORM SEWER, IN TOP OF ... WALL ... SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF ALAMEDA AVENUE ... AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE AVENUE"
This mark is on or very near the centerline of the concrete wall over the storm drain, while the benchmark PID HT0012 is about six feet to the northwest, in the north wing wall of the same concrete wall over the drain.
