Located next to the Nolan Ridge Church on the north side of the Jennings State Forest at the end of Long Branch Road with approximately 120+ graves.

Directions: Located in the Jennings Forest. The area around the cemetery was a turpentine camp many years ago. There was a school nearby. From Jacksonville, take Normandy Blvd (SR 228) to McClelland which is almost to Maxville, turn left (the pavement ends at the Clay County line) and proceed about 4 miles to Long Branch, turn left and go to the end (a total of a little over 5 miles).
Notes: There is a newly remodeled Baptist Church Building sharing the property with the cemetery. The yard is fenced and well kept. We didn't find even one broken stone! (I have been advised, however, that vandalism did occur about a year ago, and about 20 stones were damaged. That may be the reason that three stones which were listed about 20 years ago were not found today.) The cemetery was established in the early 1900s. A hand pump is available at the rear of the enclosure. Picnic tables and a port-o-let is available outside the fenced area. The grave markers face East. The rows are not straight. There are indications that other grave sites have been used and remain unmarked, or, at least, are reserved.
