The Cat Walk Tower is what this is called. Talked to the Janitorial Staff to see if they knew why it was there. There response ??????? Who Knows ???????.

There is access to this odd shaped structure and it does function as a light well. The designer is not known yet they did have a vision and it was expressed in this tower.
