Moe's Southwest Grill is a U.S. chain of fast-food, yet fresh Tex-Mex food. They play music from the 1950s to the 1980s, and their menu items are named for celebrities or pop-culture references. In 2001, Moe's Southwest Grill started with two. There are now more than 400 locations in 35 states and Canada with more planned.

The Moe’s experience centers on welcoming your hunger and then satisfying it. The staff lets out a hearty “Welcome to Moe’s!” when you walk in. The smell of cooking wafts out from the grill and the steam from the tortillas confirms you’re next. And within minutes, the first bite—grilled steak, marinated chicken, fresh guacamole and salsa.
Something you won’t see is our food sitting under a heat lamp. Every meal is prepared specifically for you. Add a little more steak on your quesadilla, tell us to go easy on the cheese. You hold the burrito power. Choose between black or pinto beans, or a combination of both. Help us, help you.
If you don’t know what John Coctostan or Billy Barou is referring to, you may want to seriously reconsider which movies you’re watching. Our menu is a pop-culture bonanza of Moe’s favorite things. Don’t worry, when you order a “Joey Bag of Donuts,” you’re not going to get a burrito filled with donuts. That would be ridiculous. On second thought, maybe that isn’t such a crazy idea after all…
