The Kenosha North Pier Lighthouse was built in 1906. It is located at the end of the North Pier breakwater in Kenosha Harbor.

The Seeing the Light web site (visit link) has some excellent information on the history of this lighthouse. There used to be a catwalk leading out to the lighthouse and there also used to be a foghorn building, both of which were removed over 40 years ago.

According to Wikipedia, it was declared "excess" in June of 2008 by the Coast Guard.
