Belmont Rifle Range is the largest shooting complex in the southern hemisphere with most target shooting sports represented here. It is the home of the Queensland Rifle Association (QRA).

The Belmont Shooting Complex covers 500 hectares of natural Australian bush situated only 15 minutes from Queensland's capital, Brisbane. The QRA runs Fullbore Target Rifle shooting on the long ranges from 300-1200 yards every Saturday. The Queensland State Championships are held in August every year and are open to interstate and international competitors.
Fullbore/Centrefire Target Rifle, F Class, 300 Metre ISSF, Match Rifle, Field and Rimfire Rifle, Smallbore, Air and Silhouette Rifle, Centrefire and Rimfire Pistol, Police and Service Pistol, Clay Target and Sporting Clays, Military Rifle, Sports Shooting, Archery and Racing Pigeon clubs are all resident on the complex.
