THE STATION, KANSAS CITY BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES SOUTH STACK, IS THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF A CONCRETE STACK PAINTED ALTERNATELY RED AND WHITE. THE STRUCTURE HAS AN OVERALL HEIGHT OF 345 FEET AND IS LOCATED AT 12TH STREET AND MISSOURI RIVER IN KANSAS CITY, KANSAS. THE STACK HAS BPU LETTERED ON THE SIDE AND IS THE PROPERTY OF THE KANSAS CITY, KANSAS BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.
