This fountain is at the center of West Park in Allentown, PA. This was the first park in Allentown's excellent park system and it was opened to the public in 1908. The photos are of the fountain in 1908, 1910 (colorized postcard) and 2008 (sorry about the winter/summer differences). What I find very interesting is the changes in the trees near it (which are ginkos).
