Located just off downtown center in one of the Dobyns-Taylor building supply building original to the city of Kingsport. The coffee shop had a faded sign, but appears to still be open.
06/17/09 update: Per a work acquaintance who saw this waymark, this store sells more specialty cigars, pipe tobaccos, and flavored cigarettes. Not the place to pick up a discounted carton of a standard cigarette brand.
