The Dr. Arthur W. Proetz House at 12 Westmoreland Place was built circa 1938. The house was designed by Victor Proetz in a Georgian Revival style for Dr. Arthur W. Proetz. Dr. Proetz served as Clinical Professor of Otolayrngology at the Washington University School of Medicine from 1919 to 1954.
