This is a more "modern" Woodman of the World Memorial for N W Young in the historic Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence, Ks. There are several of the tree stump motiff headstones in the cemetery, but they are not WOW.
I found no information regarding N W Young on the internet. Mr. Young was born in 1856 and died in 1914.
