One of the very many brewpubs in Colorado Springs and Colorado. This is perhaps the newest, as well.
The food is beyond exceptional, especially for the price, and made with products from other local companies. For instance, the bread is made from La Baguette. Lots of vegetarian choices are available as well. The fries aren't my favorite, but strangely enough I can't put them down.
The service is likewise top notch. The owners take real pride in their work and make sure that you feel special and not out of place.
But who cares about food and service, right? You're coming for the beer! Trinity offers a vast selection of other brews outside of its own, but the majority of them are other local microbrews. As for Trinity's beer, here are the offerings (as described by their website):
Sunna Wit - a distinct and delicate flaked wheat beer flavored with orange peel and coriander.
Chi Golden Speciale - spicy hops and a complex malt interlay with a light fruit ester in this season beer.
Flo IPA - our India Pale Ale combines both English and American brewing traditions to create an aromatic and pleasant hoppy treat.
Farm House Saison - a French farmhouse ale, brewed using local seasonally available ingredients-expect several transitions in recipe throughout the calendar year as determined by regional harvests.
Soul Horkey - simple, yet complex... This ale showcases malts of caramel and chocolate. Built to be a session beer for true malt heads.
Awaken Stout (my personal favorite) - black, creamy, hoppy, full, in your face stout accented with slight bitter notes of coffee.
