Have passed this daily since move in 2001 and NEVER knew this was the Nasser House (thats what I know it as). I could not find NO info about history of house on internet, but I know from living here, that this house came from St. James Parish from the Convent/Romeville, LA area. It was placed here by a prominent citizen, who also owns multiple Historic Homes, and moves them, and restores them so to avoid them being destroyed. This was placed here for use by the Community College as the Main Office building.
