Garett Mountain is in West Paterson NJ and has an outstanding eastward view, with the cities of Clifton and Paterson below and the NYC skyline in the distance. It is a short walk from parking.

Garrett Mountain is an historic place, and has been a popular park for nearly a century. There are numerous views as you walk along the cliffs, but I thought this was the best one. It's an easy 10 minute walk from parking.
