It is built on a barge that is anchored at Fishermans Wharf on the inner harbor. There are many other shops and restaurants that are anchored here too but how many people have ever been able to get crab legs and a double scoop cone while dropping a line over the edge without moving more than 50 ft??
The service is strictly walkup however there are benches available in the area spread out along the wharf. I was there pretty early in the morning so they weren't open yet but they do have service pretty much year round depending on weather.
They serve all kinds of ice cream treats and have a fairly large variety of flavors for your enjoyment.
