For over 30 years the city of Bedford Ohio has provided a holiday light exhibit on the commons. In addition to the display on the square, three of the cities historic buildings on adjacent properties are decorated.
They include the 1874 Town Hall, the 1892 Old Baptist Church and the 1882 Wheeling & Lake Erie Train Depot.
The display is lit on Thanksgiving eve and runs to the first of the year. It takes several weeks to set up and almost the same to dismantle.
