THIS IS THE FORMER RESIDENCE OF A MR. H.R. WALTON. THE BENCHMARK STATION IS ABOUT 100 FEET ABOVE THE HIGH WATERLINE. The house is now painted light brown with a dark roof.

IT IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST SHORE OF SEABECK BAY ABOUT 1 1/4 MILES NORTHEAST OF SEABECK, ABOUT 1 MILE EAST OF MISERY POINT AND ABOUT 1/2 MILE SOUTHWEST OF THE MOUTH OF LITTLE BEEF CREEK. THE STATION IS THE NORTH GABLE OF A LARGE WHITE, 2 1/2 STORY HOUSE WITH A RED ROOF
