The Dr. James P. Mcllhiney house at 117 Jefferson was built in 1889. The Queen Anne styled red brick house built by Dr. James P. Mcllhiney. The house features a modified mansard roof and
corbelled brick cornice. The house has a polygonal corner turret and ornamental pressed brick inset panels below second story windows.
