According to the city website, bicycles are not allowed at this skatepark. But that rule does not appear to be posted at the park itself, and there are plenty two-wheelers hanging around. The park has a reputation for getting crowded right after school. Some of the terrain is too steep and deep for school kids. It's open from one-half-hour before sunrise, until sunset daily.
