This plaque preserves the site of the Mount Zion School (District 3183). The school lasted from 1914-1951, but lived on in two other locations as classrooms (Glentworth -1962, and Wallard -late 1960's), then moved to a farm. Situated on a lonely stretch of Highway 58, between LaFleche and Highway 18. May the old building live on!
