The Kings Head was extensively mobernised summer 2004 with the result that this is a very attractive and modern pub. It has two bars and seperate dinning area along with seperate function room with its own bar. The garden is very nice and has a safe play area for the children.
There is an old Cycle Touring Club(CTC) badge on the left hand corner of the pub. This badge dates from the days when pubs etc which offered accommodation to cyclists could be approved by the CTC as suitable places to stop.
