To reach from Highway 84 in Fremont travel .75 miles South on Thornton Ave to Baylands Rd. Turn right/West onto Bayland Rd and proceed 3.5 miles to the fishing pier. The BM in located 5 feet south of a a guard rail in the center of four witness posts.
