This tower has been mentioned in geocache descriptions in the western Antelope Valley region. Driving up to it was fairly easy as it sits off of several motorcycle trails and there was once a graded rock road up to it. The top of the tower has a pivoting mount with electrical cabling that reminds me of a modern wind plant, but there are other mount points as well. Inside the tower is a second level that s missing its footing area and small windows as seen in the picture.
So far I have not found any stories as to what this once was, the rust on it says it has been there for a couple of decades at least.
