This railroad bridge is use by the Tioga Central Railroad and can be viewed from the Tioga Hammond Dam Road. You can pull off on the grass on either side of the bridge to take a photo. This road is also part of the Pennsylvania Mid State Trail, which is what the orange markers are for! Maybe you'll get lucky and see the train go by!
