Features fresh made jerky (kippered beef), Sausage. Hog Head Cheese. (Souse). Features when avalible fresh ground round,boudin as well as hog cracklin's. Also features smoked rabbits when avalible.
The kippered beef is basically jerky, but I was told the moisture content was too high for "jerky" so he had to call it "Kippered Beef". Really good. website
