The Holston Habitat affiliate was able to purchase a section of a former lumber company to greatly expand the room to store donated items for sale - and for use in the primary mission of providing affordable, decent housing. The local affiliate as operated as resale store for over 15 years, which provided funding for the construction of over 50 houses. This cummulative amount passed $1 million several years ago.
The store does not accept clothing (try the Clothes Closet at First Presbyterian Church), food, or books (try the jail ministry). Call (423) 378-4760 for large item pick up.
