AT JOHNSON CITY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, AT THE STATE TEACHERS COLLEGE, 27 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF WEST WALNUT STREET, 24 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF LAKE STREET, AND 1 FOOT NORTH OF AN IRON FENCE. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED F 57 1934 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.

Correct as described. Now has a bright orange witness post.
