From its appearance, this stained glass window might have been made for another location and transferred here to hang inside the regular glass window of the renovated City Hall building. It's a simple and cheerful design which provides a touch of levity to what's a fairly serious place.
City Hall is only open weekdays, 9 to 5, but this window is located such that the sun passes through it from behind, so there is no real need to view it from inside.
