Non-functional windmill located on the north side of Parker Rd., just east of Los Rios Blvd., in Plano, TX. It is easily seen as you approach on Parker Rd.

Coords given are for the parking spot. Turn off Parker Rd. onto Morton Vale Rd. and park in the pull-out directly in front of the fenced-in area where the windmill is located. It is not possible to enter the fenced area and approach the windmill up close, but the parking spot is within 100 feet of the windmill and provides a good vantage point. You can also walk around the perimeter of the fenced area to see the windmill from other angles.
