The box stands on the pavement near the busy road. This was once a very well maintained Victorian area.

Shakespeare Road borders the area of Bedford known as Poet's Corner where all the street names are named after Poets.

Condition of the box: Good/Average/Poor: Good

Is this post box still in use?: Monday to Friday 7.25am and Saturday 12.35pm
