If you're driving near Disney World on I-4, you will almost certainly see this Hooters location. However trying to get to it can be a little difficult. It is in a larger strip mall off of Route 535. Head north on 535 until you come to Palm Parkway, then make a right. Continue until you see a plaza, and the Hooters is all the way at the end. It also happens to be only a short distance outside the eastern entrance to Disney World.
This Hooters has a pretty decent sized outdoor patio, but unfortunately it overlooks the highway. But then again, chances are you won't care about that. Plenty of parking to go around here as well.
