Ha Ha Tonka Spring, Missouri's twelfth largest discharges approximately 48 million gallons of water daily. The springs flow from a network of caves under the cliffs and into the Lake of the Ozarks, and remain a constant 54-60 degrees Fahrenheit year-round.
The gorgeous clear, blue or blue/green color comes from the dissolved minerals in the water as it travels through the subsurface dolomite passages and the color changes depending upon the depth of the water.
