The blue plaque says
THE TOWN HALL site of the original hall built in reign of James I The building dates from 1840. The lower part was used as a cheese market. The Warren Conservation Committee 1994.
The Town Hall is situated in one corner of the market square in the centre of town. A plaque below the statue on the end wall says
HENRY VII First Welsh King of the English. by E.Folkard.
