A superb old post mill hidden away in Great Gransden village.

Located at the junction of Mill Road and Primrose Hill this windmill has been lovingly restored. It is scheduled as an Ancient Monument and was built during the 17th century. There is a date carved onto a minor beam reading 1614.
The mill was last used for grinding flour in 1911 and was then restored in 1982-3 by R Thompson and Son, Millwrights of Alford, Lincolnshire.
