At the edge of a beautiful lake in the rural town of Harrisville, New Hampshire, is the Harrisville Public Library. Framed by trees in their autumn suits, it lends well to a peaceful scene to enjoy some reading.
According to this website,

the library has 4760 volumes that serves a community of 1106 residents.
According to the source at the end and a walking tour map, this library is housed in a building that was originally a chapel. "The Vestry" as it was known was built in 1840 and was used as a Sunday School for the nearby Congregational Church. The town voted for a public library in 1877, funding both renting/building a building and books. Other donations were received for more books. The library was housed behind the Congregational Church and other places before being placed in the Vestry around 1969.
Unfortunately, I was there on Sunday, so I couldn't see the inside. An opportunity for a visitor!
